I Want to Shit!!!

I slept for 3 hours before I woke up to realise it's Sunday. Hmm, I don't know what I should blame it on - food or too much sleep before that.

I was supposed to study for my first paper which is commencing in a few days time (ah - ah - arghs!!!) but I developed the craving for McDonald's at 1am. This is extremely bad because I only started revising at 11pm after Jacky Wu's variety (because I want to see how stupid Makiyo and Aisha was). I had a very filling dinner before that and the 2 large bowls of honey dew sago made my stomach terrible. It's not the "I feel like shitting" feeling but more of "I can't seem to feel my food being digested".

What to do?

I stuffed more food inside my tummy at 1.30am. Now, I having this mixture of tiredness and bloatedness churning over my whole body. The worst part is I have a 2 birthday parties to attend later. And so I think my Sunday is wasted because I doubt I have the energy to study when I reach home at night.

The only thing that I really want to do now is to shit out what I've ate. Maybe that will make my stomach feel better. I've been torturing my poor stomach ever since I started revising for exams. My cycle is just binge eat, study, sleep and shit - the usual routine for most days.

I swear I won't eat a lot today. I don't care if my stomach is growling for food when I turn hungry (I don't think it will). Today is Sunday, a rest day.

And I shall dedicate this rest day for my tummy and my health's sake.
