Boredom

Isn't it good if our life is systematic. We get up a the same time everyday, repeat our routine for years and there isn't any signs of being bored with it. It's amazing how some humans can do that. I think I'm one of them too.
Everyday I'll wake up at the same time (just in time for lunch) and surf the net. When time's up, I'll get change and head for tuition. There's nothing spectacular about my life and the only thing I look forward is the meagre tuition payment. To top it off, the payment is not consistent because no matter how much I try to organise my time with the kids, they'll cancel tuition at the eleventh hour.
People will say "oh tuition is a good paying part time." I agree, provided that you have the consistency in your lessons and the folks pay you on time. I never agree that tuition gives one flexibility in timing. No doubt the hours are short but you spent your weekends cooped up with kids at their homes. While your peers are enjoying the freedom of shopping, dining on weekends (unless the person is doing a shift job), you're stuck in this hell hole with parents monitoring what you teach in a corner.
I don't teach in the kid's room but in the living or dining area. Come to think of it, it's been years that I've done this job but I don't see income growing. Everyday, I'm just making ends meet with that amount. Maybe I've been spending too much. But what the hell...
I do appreciate people asking how's your job search but I'm tired repeating the same answer. Is there a template to answering job search questions?
A: How's your job search.
B: I'm sent out resumes so I'm waiting for the interview.
A: Be patient, the companies need time to process the resumes. Anyway, the job market's good so finding a job should be no problem.
Job market's good? Or should I say I'm not looking for jobs actively enough? Having a fix routine lifestyle may not be boring but hearing the same replies from different people makes me irritable.
Enuf' said, its time for me to prepare for tuition.
