Work Ethics

The tittle says it all.

Is it very important?

We're expected to display 100% or more in our work. When a top management (of directorial level) do not practise the most basic of work ethics, can he commend respect? I'm not going to comment much because this I'm don't wish to be sued for putting my 2 cents worth of view. Though he didn't step on my toes, however, I'm a firm believer that even climbing up to the highest management level, we still must maintain integrity so the company can grow and develop as a family.

I'm glad my department are still as cohesive despite the bad times we're facing from both internally and externally.
