Advise or Advice?

I don't like people who asks me for advice but never ever take it into consideration.

I can be maintain friendly terms with them but when it comes to them "advising", this is what is going on in my brain.

"Blah blah blah, blah blah blah, ..."

No part of my brain is registering what the person says because my heart will be telling me this.

"Why should you listen when people never listen to your advice? They asked your advice but they didn't even take it into consideration!"

I like asking for advice because I like to be open to options. I only ask certain people for advice because I know when they asked for mine, they do give my words some thinking. However when a person asks me for advice and eventually not taking any of it into consideration, I just felt like I wasted time on him/her.

I'm already listening to some of my friends' advice - some people aren't really worthy when you try to spend your effort on them.

And I think it's true.
